To operate CleverStay, we rely on a small set of trusted third-party companies that process personal information on our behalf. These companies are our “subprocessors.”
We share information with a subprocessor only to the extent needed to provide the service, and each is bound by a written agreement that requires it to protect the information and use it solely to perform services for us. This page lists the subprocessors we currently use, what they help us do, and where they process data.

AI and translation providers
We do not permit our AI or translation providers to use your or your guests’ content to train their general-purpose models. Guest questions and the relevant guide content are sent to these providers only to generate a response.
Changes to this list
We may add or replace subprocessors as our service evolves. When we make a change that affects how personal information is processed, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
If you have a data-processing agreement with us that provides for advance notice of subprocessor changes, we will notify you as that agreement requires.
